Delivery and Returns

- All UK orders will be sent FREE of charge via first class Royal Mail post or in some instances a suitable courier

- Some orders may require a signature

- Please allow additional time for delivery during bank holiday's and Christmas period

Note: Clothing order may take up to 10 working days to be delivered due to embroidery and personalising these items.

Also: If you are ordering hand tied rigs including Boa Rigs please allow 3 working days before posting at busier periods.

- All European orders will be charged a flat delivery fee of £9.99

- Deliveries are estimated to arrive within 3-5 working days and will require a signature

- Hazy's Tackle is dedicated on ensuring total satisfaction with your purchases

- Therefore, we offer a 14 day refund or exchange policy. Goods must be returned in their original unused condition

- Once we receive goods back we send replacement goods or issue a full refund

- If you need to report faulty or damaged goods you must do so within 48 hours of receiving the goods
